the house
The house is situated off the coast of BC in the beautiful seaside town of Jordan River. Vancouver Island is known for it's pristine and rugged coastlines, old-growth forests, and diverse wildlife.
This 5 bedroom, 3 bath home includes a hot tub, outdoor shower, and sauna, is a 4 minute walk to the beach, and is nestled on 2.5 acres of private land. Each attendee will have their own bed (room sharing may occur)

Lisa started Elle R Photography in 2014 and specializes in Maternity & Newborn Photography. She is a mama first, day dreamer, night owl, perfectionist of all things, DIY'er, sun chaser, hardcore Aries, unable to sit still, salty chip lover, coffee addict by day, wine taster by night. Lisa has photographed over 300 newborns and is an expert when it comes to soothing infants with her gentle touch and intuitive care.

She is the mama to 2 beautiful boys, and has two playful 2 pups. Also an RN, She has taken masters level teaching courses and has years of experience mentoring and teaching others. Building up other women to create thriving & successful businesses is one of her passions!

i have food alLergies / sensitiviTIes, will i need to bring my own?
Definitely not! We got you! We will be sending out a questionnaire to all attendees and will be sure to have allergy friendly items for everyone. Whether it is a preference, sensitivity, or allergy, we will take it all into consideration when meal planning and have a variety of options :)
do you offer payment plans?
We do! Once you make your initial payment, we will ask you if you prefer to make 1 lump-sum payment, or divide the remainder into 3 payments. The final payment will be due at least 2 weeks before the event.
i am a new photographer, what do i need to know / bring?
This event is for a photographers in many different stages of their photography journey! A basic understanding of your camera shooting in manual mode would be very helpful, but we can help you a bit with your settings also! We will also be sending out a detailed packing list to all attendees closer to the event.
will i need to rent / bring a car?
You will need a car or to carpool to the venue. There will be a group formed to allow attendees to plan accordingly!
will we be sharing a bed / room?
You will get your own bed but room sharing may occur. Rooms will be first-come first-serve.
