This family photography session took place up at beautiful Buntzen Lake, located about 20 minutes from Coquitlam, BC. This beautiful lake is nestled between the mountains, and offers a variety of backdrops. With stunning lake views and lush green forest, you can fill your gallery with all of the gorgeous scenery which makes the Pacific Northwest so special.
Leah was looking to capture the Coquitlam scenery she had been missing
I have known Leah for a while now through mutual friends and I was so excited when she contacted me for a family session! Leah is originally from Coquitlam, but moved to the US after she met and married her husband, Eric. They recently had their adorable son, Dominic, and were coming back to visit Leah’s family. Leah wanted to include BC’s stunning scenery that she missed so much, and Buntzen Lake was a perfect fit! The day of the session was calling for rain, so we kept a close eye on the forecast. Although we weren’t sure if the weather was going to hold out for us, we ended up with a perfect day!
